INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS OF THE
MEDITERRANEAN PHYTOPATHOLOGICAL UNION (MPU)
The 17th MPU International Congress, titled "New Phytopathology Frontiers of Research and Education for Plant Health and Food Safety," was held in Bari from July 7 to 10, 2025.
The conference, which attracted a wide audience of participants from around the world, also focused on issues related to Xylella fastidiosa in various crops, with a particular attention to olive quick decline caused by the X. pauca subspecies, strain ST53.
